Swasena is a sovereign AI assistant providing voice + text conversational interaction in 16 languages. Voice processing is on-device; text and AI responses are processed on Swasena infrastructure.سواسيينا مساعد ذكاء سيادي يقدّم تفاعلاً حواريّاً صوتيّاً ونصّياً بـ16 لغة. معالجة الصوت على الجهاز؛ النصوص وردود الذكاء على بنية سواسيينا.
You agree to use Swasena lawfully. You may not: (a) attempt to bypass governance/safety filters, (b) reverse-engineer the service, (c) resell or sublicense without written approval, (d) use it for illegal activities under KSA or international law.توافق على استخدام سواسيينا قانونيّاً. لا يجوز: (أ) محاولة تجاوز فلاتر الحوكمة، (ب) عكس هندسة الخدمة، (ج) إعادة بيع أو ترخيص من الباطن دون إذن كتابي، (د) استخدامها لأنشطة غير قانونيّة تحت القانون السعودي أو الدولي.
Conversation data is processed on Swasena-operated servers solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your data, train third-party models on it, or share it for advertising. Voice input is recognised on-device. Swasena applies a best-effort governance layer that instructs the AI to decline harmful requests (weapons, drugs, terrorism, CSAM, hate speech, prompt-injection attempts). Filtering is probabilistic and may not block every unsafe output. Swasena is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swasena's total cumulative liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Not liable for indirect/consequential damages or force-majeure outages. Local consumer-protection rights (EU/UK/KSA) are preserved.تُقدَّم سواسيينا "كما هي" بدون ضمانات. إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، المسؤوليّة الإجماليّة لسواسيينا محدودة بالرسوم المدفوعة في الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة، أو 50 دولار، أيّهما أكبر. لا مسؤوليّة عن أضرار غير مباشرة/تبعيّة أو انقطاعات بسبب قوّة قاهرة. الحقوق المحلّية لحماية المستهلك (الاتّحاد الأوروبي/المملكة المتّحدة/السعوديّة) محفوظة.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Riyadh. Non-waivable consumer rights are preserved.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربيّة السعوديّة. تُحلّ النزاعات أوّلاً بالتفاوض بحسن نيّة. إن لم تُحلّ خلال 60 يوماً، تُحال إلى المحاكم التجاريّة المختصّة في الرياض. حقوق المستهلك غير القابلة للتنازل محفوظة.
Swasena may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before effective date.قد تُحدّث سواسيينا هذه الشروط. التغييرات الجوهريّة ستُعلَن داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد قبل سريانها بـ30 يوماً.
